For me, coping with stress means developing the ability to quickly regain balance even during periods of high stress and remain productive.

Stress can manifest itself in many forms. However, if high stress levels become a permanent condition, this can have long-term negative effects on physical and mental health.

With my tried-and-tested methodology, I support you in identifying stressors and stress intensifiers at an early stage. I help you to develop conducive ways of thinking in order to counteract emerging stress in a targeted manner and find your way back to a state of relaxation.

Burnout prevention
I will provide you with in-depth knowledge about the burnout process so that you can recognize symptoms early on and develop an individual prevention strategy together with me. You will receive practical recommendations on how to actively minimize risk factors and prevent burnout in the long term.

Resilience training
Resilience refers to the inner strength that enables us to remain mentally stable even under stress. In times of change, it is crucial to regularly strengthen our resources in order to be able to cope with daily challenges and remain capable of acting. Discover the seven pillars of resilience with me and learn how to promote your resilience in a targeted manner.

Hypnosis according to Dr. Norbert Preetz
Hypnosis is an established method for alleviating anxiety. Through targeted trance induction, I will guide you into a state of deep relaxation that enables us to work directly with your subconscious. This allows us to work together on your fears and blocking beliefs. The aim is to reduce your fears and help you achieve a better quality of life. During hypnosis, you retain full control over your actions at all times.
